Returns Policy

Step 1

If you've changed your mind and want to return an item, you need to let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can provide a Returns Authorisation Number.

This can be done by email to, by phone on 0333 456 6645 or you can write to us at Linens Direct (Website Returns), Lovet House, Lovet Road, Harlow, Essex, CM19 5TB.

Step 2

The item(s) you're returning must be new and boxed in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, bedding must be unopened and sealed.

Write your Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the delivery note and put it inside the package. Please note we cannot accept returns on made-to-measure items, or any products that have been altered. Please also note that our measurements are accurate to within a 3% tolerance.

Step 3

Send the package back to us within 14 days.

We recommend you use an insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Customers are responsible for the return postage charge.

Step 4

We will process your return and providing the goods are resellable we will provide a refund on your original payment card within 14 days.

We will always provide a refund on faulty goods. We will also refund your postage charges for faulty goods.

**Please note that any free gifts, promotions or pricing offers that are affected by this return must also be returned and pricing readjusted.**
