Returns and Refunds - Made to measureAlthough we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase; should there be any fault with the net curtains when you receive them, you can return them to us (initially at your cost) within 14 days of receipt and, upon inspection, we will offer you a full refund, including postage costs.
If the design or measurements do not match those of your order then we will also offer you a full refund. The nets must not be adjusted in any way and must be returned within 14 days in a saleable condition. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once the net curtains have been cut we cannot offer a refund if you have made an error in your design choice or measurements. The reason for this is because all of our net curtains are made to measure as per our customer’s requirements. So, please measure your windows carefully and take care when entering those measurements onto our website. If you do realise that you have made an error or that you change your mind about the design, contact us as soon as you can. If we haven’t begun cutting the net we would be happy to change your order. Once the nets have been cut the order cannot be cancelled. |
