Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from our Website, however any item purchased from this site may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition excluding made to measure products. You must notify us by phone or email of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team on 0333 45 666 45, or email orders@lduk.co.uk who will notify you of our returns procedure. You have up to 30 days from delivery to report if your items are faulty or damaged.
Please ensure you have followed ALL the points below to minimise any delay in dealing with your returned item(s)
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box/bag to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 day authorisation period has elapsed.
- Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
Note: You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 7 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Refunds
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
- Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
- Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Returns and Refunds - Made to measure
Although we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase; should there be any fault with the net curtains when you receive them, you can return them to us (initially at your cost) within 7 days of receipt and, upon inspection, we will offer you an exchange or full refund. Your postage cost for returning a faulty item will be refunded to you.
If the design or measurements do not match those of your order then we will also offer you an exchange or full refund. The nets must not be adjusted in any way and must be returned within 7 days in a saleable condition. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Once the net curtains have been cut we cannot offer a refund if you have made an error in your design choice or measurements. This is due to our nets curtains being made to measure as per our customer's requirements. So, please measure your windows carefully and take care when entering those measurements onto our website. If you do realise that you have made an error or that you change your mind about the design, contact us as soon as you can. If we haven't started cutting the net we may be able to change your order. Once the nets have been cut the order cannot be cancelled.
