Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased from our Website, however any item purchased from this site may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch. This excludes made to measure items such as Net Curtains. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and we ask you to return the item(s) intact and along with the original packaging.
Please note that if you wish to return curtains, they must not been altered in anyway and the header tape must not have been pulled. For hygiene reasons, bedding must be returned unopened, with the hygiene seals intact.
You must notify us in writing by either letter or email of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery.

After notification we will issue you with a returns authorisation number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods. We will also send you details of where to send your return. Goods must be returned to our returns department within 7 days of authorisation. Any ‘FREE GIFTS’ with the products must also be returned.
Please Note: You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number.
Returns and Refunds - Made to measure
Once the net curtains have been cut we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you have made an error in your design choice or measurements. This is due to our nets curtains being made to measure as per our customer's requirements. Please measure your windows carefully and take care when entering those measurements onto our website. If you have any queries contact us on 0333 45 666 45 or at (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm). If you do realise that you have made an error or you change your mind about the design, contact us as soon as you can. If we haven't started cutting the net we may be able to change your order. Once the nets have been cut the order cannot be cancelled.
Faulty or Damaged Returns
If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team on 0333 45 666 45, or by email who will assist you promptly to try and resolve the issue and also notify you of our returns procedure. You have up to 30 days from delivery to report that your item(s) are faulty or damaged. Any returns postage charges for faulty or damaged items will be fully refunded to you.
