Our Delivery Service
We know your time is important, which is why we have chosen DPD to deliver your order direct to your door at a time that suits.
On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an email with your delivery time (within a 1 hour window) so no need to wait in all day! If you enter your mobile telephone number at the checkout, we will also conveniently send you this information by text message.
Not convenient for today? No problem! Simply reply to either the email or text message with your preferred date and DPD will be there on the day you choose.
If you have any specific delivery instructions, please remember to enter them at the checkout page and this will be passed on to your delivery driver on the day.
Our standard delivery time for Mainland UK* is 2-5 working days.
*Some postcode exceptions apply – please view Islands and Highlands delivery times.
If you are ordering net curtains and have requested either hemming or shortening services, please allow up to 14 workings days. Last order date for Christmas delivery for nets that need hemming or shortening is Friday 30th November.
Special order items are ordered directly from our suppliers, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please call our Customer Services team on 0333 456 6645 prior to placing your order and we will be happy to discuss these with you. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Our standard delivery charge for Mainland UK* is £2.95 however delivery is free when you spend over £45.
