Job full description

As an Assistant Manager for Linens Direct you will support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store and will be responsible for the store in the absence of the Manager. 

Duties will include:

Maintaining a high level of customer service

Achieving sales targets

Staff recruitment and ongoing training

Delegating work to Sales Staff

All store administration

Stock control

Opening/closing store and other key holding duties

Organising, displaying and merchandising deliveries

Follow and monitor company policy and procedure

Staff discount scheme on successful completion of probationary period.
